Kian brings a wealth of retail experience to his role, having served as a produce clerk, cashier, and replenishment clerk at Fred Meyer, where he also served as a shop steward. His background extends into the food service and agricultural sectors, and he later transitioned to working at UPS before being recruited as a Union Organizer. With his experience in organizing, Kian is poised to empower UFCW 367 members in their pursuit of stronger contracts.
