Anthony began his career in the grocery industry at Supervalu, where he quickly became a shop steward, representing over 250 members. In 2019, he transitioned into a Union Representative role with the Teamsters, where he passionately advocated for workers and their families. During his time with the Teamsters, Anthony played a key role in contract negotiations, served as second chair, developed training programs for member leaders, upheld the union's contractual rights, and organized workers to amplify their voices in the workplace.

Now, as a dedicated leader at UFCW Local 367, Anthony is focused on empowering members, cultivating strong leadership, and organizing stores to stand up to management. His goal is to ensure dignity, respect, and fairness for all workers, while building a unified and engaged membership.
