UFCW 367: UNITED FOR A STRONGER CONTRACT!

Updated: 7 days ago

UFCW Local 367 Bargaining Team Member - Joann Gardner

UFCW 367 is thrilled to announce that our Leadership Conference and Grocery Campaign Kickoff was an incredible triumph! Members from all six counties came together, energized and inspired, ready to fight for the fair contract we deserve.

As we gear up for the 2025 contract negotiations, we are boldly declaring our priorities:

✅ Wages that keep pace with the rising cost of living

Fair, predictable hours for every worker

✅ Safe staffing levels that protect our well-being

We stand strong in solidarity with workers nationwide—from Denver to Southern California to Puget Sound—to hold grocery corporations accountable and demand better working conditions. We are united with community leaders and other local unions in the fight for a brighter future.

💥 IT'S TIME FOR THESE CORPORATIONS TO STEP UP! WAGE UP! STAFF UP! 💥

No matter where we work—Colorado, California, or Washington—every grocery worker deserves:

▪️ A livable wage

▪️ Enough hours to support their families

▪️ Safe staffing levels to ensure they get home from work safely

As we push forward, UFCW 367 is ready to negotiate a contract that respects and values every worker.
