Make sure to complete your membership application as soon as possible. Your employer will automatically deduct union dues and initiation fees through payroll, ensuring a smooth process. If you're new to the union, your initiation fee will be spread out over 13 equal weekly installments.

Your union representative is your direct connection to UFCW Local 367 and is there to ensure your rights are respected. We also encourage all new members to attend a New Member Meeting, where you'll learn more about your benefits and protections. These meetings are held via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

As a bonus, attending a meeting within 60 days of your hire date earns you a $25 credit toward your initiation fee! This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet fellow members, and start your journey as an empowered union worker.
