Michael Hines has spent the past 24 years, with UFCW, fighting for economic and social justice across many industries. His belief in the power of the individual, both singularly and as part of a collective, is what fuels his vision for building a member-driven union.

Meet Michael Hines

Mike Solberg has been a dedicated member of UFCW Local 367 for the past 35 years.  He has been at the heart of the battle fighting for safe working conditions and a livable wage. Mike's leadership journey includes roles as shop steward, picket captain, and bargaining team member, contributing to significant wage increases and pension plan improvements. Elected as Vice President of the Executive Board in 2020, he became Secretary/Treasurer in August 2022, committed to advancing the Local and championing its members' rights.

Mia has spent over the last 20 years working as a labor leader helping to organize the working class and promoting gender and racial equity. From 2009-2023 Mia has held many positions within the UFCW and led numerous UFCW campaigns that have focused on raising the expectations for thousands of workers at the bargaining table and in the field. Her approach to attaining power in the workplace is to Speak softly and Organize like hell!
