We also encourage all new members to attend a New Member Meeting, where you'll learn more about your benefits and protections. These meetings are held via Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
As a bonus, attending a meeting within 60 days of your hire date earns you a $25 credit toward your initiation fee! This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet fellow members, and start your journey as an empowered union worker.

According to the labor agreement, all employees working under UFCW Local 367's jurisdiction must join the union within the first 30 days of employment. Make sure to complete your membership application as soon as possible. Your employer will automatically deduct union dues and initiation fees through payroll, ensuring a smooth process.
