About Us
Established in 1934 as the Retail Clerks Local 367, our union is embedded in the counties of Pierce, Mason, Lewis, Thurston, Pacific, and Grays Harbor where we represent 8,000 members in grocery, retail, and other industries. We have a storied history in the region, working with the Central Labor Councils and our community allies. The merger of the Retail Clerks and the Amalgamated Meat Cutters in 1979 united two union powerhouses, both with a long history of fighting for justice and economic security for working people. It was this merger that gave life to the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.
UFCW 367 is part of UFCW International, the largest private-sector union in the United States, representing 1.3 million members and their families in grocery stores, meat packing, food processing, retail shops, and other industries. UFCW members serve communities in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

We are committed to growing our Union through a comprehensive Organizing strategy that focuses on UFCW core industries: Grocery, Retail, and Food Processing. Local 367 sees workers as part of the greater community and shows them how to become leaders for change. Organizing is the foundation for building a stronger Union and community for tomorrow.
EDUCATE
We are committed to the development of our membership and staff through continuous education. Our newly refurbished Union Hall’s Training Center combines classroom learning, virtual streaming and technology, and historical perspective to ensure our leaders are at the forefront of the labor movement.
We are committed to engaging with our members and the communities we serve. Local 367 represents workers across Pierce, Mason, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Lewis, and Pacific Counties. We can honor our differences while standing together in solidarity. The Union Hall was once a place of comradery and we should strive to recapture what makes us strong.
